Diana is calm and thoughtful in her approach to assisting folks with deciding what to leave behind when downsizing. She has extensive knowledge as to the resale market and where to find the right buyers for homeowners' special items. My clients were able to sell their various collectibles to the appropriate dealers, some items went out for garage sale, and Diana even encouraged my clients to put old building supplies on Craigslist or Marketplace for free instead of paying for a dump run.
