I highly recommend Diana's services, Estate Liaison Services. I am a Sonoma County Real Estate Agent, my clients were overwhelmed with the task of deciding what to sell, give, recycle and throw away. They needed more specific guidance as to what collectibles and vintage items had value.
Diana is calm and thoughtful in her approach to assisting folks with deciding what to leave behind when downsizing. She has extensive knowledge as to the resale market and where to find the right buyers for homeowners' special items. My clients were able to sell their various collectibles to the appropriate dealers, some items went out for garage sale, and Diana even encouraged my clients to put old building supplies on Craigslist or Marketplace for free instead of paying for a dump run. With her help and contacts, my clients felt very comfortable moving forward with less stress and a plan in place to get rid of things holding them back from the life they wanted. Thank you Diana!

My husband died on Nov 19, 2022, followed by my dog on Feb 16 and my best friend On Feb 26th. Terrified and lonely, I decided to sell my home in April because I could not afford to live there without his income.
